More than half of the UK is overweight, and one in four of us are obese. If you need to lose weight, you’re not alone and there are ways to do it.

It’s strange, but when it comes to weight loss, people can become very entrenched in their opinions. Some will tell you it’s simple. Improve your diet, reduce portion sizes, get more exercise and cut out snacks. It takes less time to do it than to say it, they will assure you.
